1. Who we are
This Privacy Notice applies to the CASEWRX PRO millwork estimating service, operated by CASEWRX PRO — operated by CASEWRX LABS (the "Seller", "we", "us"), serving the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. CASEWRX PRO — operated by CASEWRX LABS — is the data controller for personal data collected through the Service. You can reach us with privacy questions through the contact form.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, login credentials, and your shop settings (rate card, markups, company branding).
- Project data: drawing documents you upload, estimates and takeoff lines you create, and client quotation exports.
- Contact data: name, email, company, phone number, and message content you submit through our contact form.
- Billing data: your subscription plan and status. Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record and are not stored by us.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device identifiers, and how you use the Service (for security and product improvement).
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- create and manage your account and provide the Service (contract performance);
- process drawings and generate estimates at your request (contract performance);
- manage subscriptions and billing (contract performance);
- keep the Service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests);
- respond to support and contact requests (contract performance);
- improve the Service (legitimate interests);
- send service and account communications (contract performance) and, where you have opted in, marketing messages (consent).
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent where required (for example, marketing emails or optional cookies), and legal obligations where applicable.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers: hosting, database, AI processing, email, and analytics providers that help us run the Service.
- Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed, and authorities where required by law.
6. International transfers
Your personal data may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union, by our hosting, AI, and payment providers. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your data.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account and project data for the life of your account plus any period required for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes; contact messages for up to 24 months; billing records as required by tax law. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, request portability of your data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, if you are in the EEA or UK, your local supervisory authority. To exercise any right, contact us through the contact form — we respond within one month.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions. Uploaded drawings are stored privately and are accessible only to you (and to us for support, with your permission).
10. Cookies
The Service uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to make the site work. We do not use advertising or third-party marketing cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time and will post the current version on this page.
