How to request a refund

What happens to your account

When a refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled and unlimited-quote access ends at the end of the refunded period. Your account and any estimates you created remain available under the free trial terms.

Cancellations outside the refund window

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
